Super Girl Snow Pro: Everything You Need to Know

Super Girl Snow Pro: Everything You Need to Know

If you read our Blenders Entourage profile yesterday on super athlete and snowboarding legend, Lindsey Jacobellis (and you should have), you already know there’s a huge event coming up this weekend that Blenders is all-in on: Super Girl Snow Pro in Bear Mountain, CA. What you may not know is just how big it is.

Ahead of the weekend, see what we’re getting into—and how you can attend or watch the spectacle. From live sports to music concerts, this FREE event just about has it all!

WHAT IS SUPER GIRL SNOW PRO?

The Super Girl series has served to highlight the impact women are making at both the professional and amateur levels across a slew of sports, and Nissan’s Super Girl Snow Pro is setting its focus specifically on the gnar-shredding wonder that is top-level boardercross (SBX) and big air competition.

Does Super Girl Snow Pro highlight the best-of-the-best on Planet Earth? Absolutely—it’s led by 10-time X Games Gold Medalist and 4-time US Olympian, Lindsey Jacobellis, after all. But it also is a developmental showcase to nurture and bring along the future stars of the sport. And that’s ultimately what makes it so special.

Pros competing this weekend include Jacobellis, Carle Brenneman, Faye Gulini, Zoe Bergermann, Payton Bacca, Rosie Mancari, Tess Critchlow, Skarka Pancochova, Melissa Evans, Shannon Maguire, Celia Miller, Katie Wilson, and many more.

EVENTS AND HOW TO ATTEND

We mentioned it above, but the events at Super Girl Snow Pro this weekend—running from February 22-23, at Bear Mountain, CA—are all FREE.

And it’s not just sports. A festival village with DJs, live concerts, giveaways, autograph signings, sponsor booths (including Blenders!) and other entertainment will be available.
