    Great quality and excellent customer service

    I am extremely happy with the quality of the glasses as well as the help I received when the package took longer than expected. I ordered on Black Friday and with holiday deliveries the shipping company took a while to get them to me, but Blenders' customer service team were very responsive and got it taken care of quickly for me.

    I have yet to grab my package but want to just admire the customer service they have. I had delivered it to the wrong address accidently and emailed them immediatly after (which was a Friday) and while they didn’t get back to me till Tuesday they apologized for the delay and offered a solution. I didn’t see this till 3 days later where there was 2 follow up emails with the same “want to help” attitude and the last saying they can’t keep the chain going but welcoming me to email back to get it fixed. I am so grateful.
