Order Processing + Shipping:
We process orders Monday-Friday. Processing is the time between you placing the order and us supplying you with the tracking number! Right now, processing time is at 6* business days. *the number of days is updated daily at 11 am PST.
Once shipped, standard shipping is 3-5 business days, and 2-day is 2 business days (No deliveries Saturday or Sunday).
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and measures imposed by governments around the world, there are currently unavoidable service impacts on both inbound and outbound shipments. - Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with 3 pairs in the order you would like them. They must be of equal or lesser value to what you have purchased. If your 1st choice is sold out, the team will automatically do the 2nd. If the 2nd is also out, the 3rd. If the 3rd is sold out, we'll contact you to work something out.
My friend and I placed our orders on the same day, and theirs is out the door. What’s up?
- We do our best to process orders in the order they come in. We gotta pack them one at a time and are going as fast as possible.
Can I return or exchange?
- Yeah! We extend the return/exchanges to a 45 day window during the holidays. https://blenderseyewear.returnly.com/
However, the sale prices are only good on the day of the sale.
Can I edit my order once it is placed?
- Unfortunately, no. If you forgot to add something to your order, you will have to place another. If you want to swap an item out, please cancel your order with the mermaids and they can help you place another. There is a 15-minute window to cancel orders, so please do that asap! Mermaids@blenderseyewear.com subject line, “Cancel Order.”
