Snow Gear Warranty – Guaranteed for Life🏆


We’re stoked on our new Aura and Nebula snow goggles, along with our MIPS snow helmet, designed to keep you safely shredding in forward motion. Our goggles and helmets come with a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials or manufacturing.

 

If you ever need to file a warranty claim, we’ve got you! Just send us clear photos of the damage, and we’ll take care of the rest. If approved, we’ll replace the broken piece or the entire product, depending on the circumstances.

 

What Isn’t Covered

 

The lifetime warranty for snow gear refers to the lifetime of the product (3 snow seasons). It does not cover:

 

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Any damage unrelated to material or workmanship defects
  • Products not owned by the original purchaser

Not vibing with your new gear? No worries—we offer free returns and exchanges within 45 days of your purchase. No restocking fees, and if you’re in the continental USA, we’ll even pay to get our sunnies back.

As long as everything’s in original condition (apparel must have tags still attached), we’ll get you squared away—easy and hassle-free.
