    My go to brand

    I ordered a pair of Blenders sunglasses and ended up receiving the wrong pair. At first, I thought it was my mistake since I had been deciding between two styles during checkout. A couple of weeks later, I got a request to review my purchase, looked back at my order, and realized I had ordered the correct pair after all.

    I reached out to Blenders, and even though some time had passed, they were quick to help. The pair I originally ordered was no longer in stock with polarized lenses, so I opted for the non-polarized version instead. They shipped them out right away, let me keep the pair that was sent by mistake, and even credited me the price difference.

    That’s what I call outstanding customer service — and it definitely earned my loyalty.
